Are We A Match?

Finding the right kind of support for your teen can be overwhelming — especially when it’s not clear whether they need a tutor, a therapist, a mentor, or something else entirely.

At Back to Cool Coaching, I help teens build executive function skills through personalized, goal-driven support. While coaching can be incredibly effective, it’s not always the only answer. Here’s a quick comparison to help you decide what type of support might be the best fit right now:

When Coaching is the Right Fit

If your teen…

  • Struggles to stay organized
  • Misses deadlines or forgets assignments
  • Has trouble following through on goals
  • Gets overwhelmed managing time and responsibilities
  • Needs a confidence boost to feel in control of their schedule

...then coaching may be exactly what they need.

As a Seattle-based Executive Function Coach specializing in ADHD school support and executive functioning, I provide structured, personalized guidance that helps teens move from chaos to clarity.

About Me

Hi, I'm Chris—an Executive Function Coach passionate about helping teenage students get things done based on their unique learning style and strengths.  We work together examining habits, routines and develop "systems" ensuring there's opportunity to practice (and repeat) for emerging skills. Weekly in-person meetings provide structure, space and place for reflecting on what's working and not working and fine-tuning the process.  In essence, I help them write their own success story.
